Real Prize uses one account across web, iOS and Android — the same email and password (or social sign-in) works everywhere. This guide covers signing in, resetting a forgotten password, installing the app, and the handful of common errors that account for almost every “I can’t log in” complaint.
How to sign in
On the web, open the Real Prize site and choose Log in, then enter the email and password you registered with — or use a linked social sign-in if you created your account that way. On mobile, the app carries the same login screen; sign in once and it keeps you logged in on that device. There is no separate “app account” — it’s the exact same profile, so your Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances follow you between devices.
Reset a forgotten password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. A reset link usually arrives within a couple of minutes — check your spam/junk folder if it doesn’t. Follow the link, set a new password, and sign in again. If no email arrives at all, you may have registered with a different address or via social sign-in; in that case, use the same social provider button instead.
The Real Prize app (iOS & Android)
Real Prize is available as a mobile app in addition to the browser version. Install it from your device’s official app store, then log in with your existing credentials. The app experience mirrors the web: the same games, the same GC/SC balances, and the same redemption flow. If the app misbehaves after an update, a clean reinstall almost always fixes it.
